ZONING ISSUES

Zoning should be considered by every purchaser of real estate. Be careful the property your are considering is zoned to suit your intended use for the property. Special exceptions or variances can be sought under certain circumstances, but get legal advice and do not assume they will be granted. It is a good idea to consult with an attorney before signing an agreement of sale or if you are considering renovations or remodeling real estate such that its use will be changed.
